What this guide site does with data, and where the operator's own policies take over.
This site
What this guide collects
This is a read-only guide. There is no registration form, no account system and no comment section, so we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details from visitors. Pages are delivered as static files. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share any data, because there is nothing to sell or share. Nothing to leak, either.
The operator
What Stake collects when you follow a link
When you register at Stake, you enter a contract with Medium Rare N.V. that includes its Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. The operator collects the data needed to run a gambling account: identity and contact details, transaction history, and device and location signals used for security and fraud detection.
Two clauses are worth knowing in advance. Stake may request KYC documents at any time and restrict payments until identity is confirmed, and it may disclose player information where required by legal process. Both come from the operator's published terms.
Your choices
What you can do
Read the operator's privacy policy before you deposit, not after. Use a dedicated email address for gambling accounts, enable two-factor authentication once registered, and never reuse a password from another service.
If you want your data corrected or deleted at the operator, contact support@stake.com directly; this guide cannot act on your account, because we never hold one. Your data, your call.
